2. Account Terms
You must provide accurate registration details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login. The creation of bot profiles, duplicate profiles, or spoofing identity is strictly prohibited and results in permanent suspension.
3. COD Transaction Rules
Trustway acts strictly as a communication and route-calculation platform. The physical exchange, inspection of goods, and cash payments are negotiated directly at the parties' own risk.
We hold no liability for physical or financial damages arising from encounters outside of our digital systems.
4. Point Purchase & Refund Policies
Purchased points are non-refundable for cash. However, if a locked COD meeting is canceled by either user, points are guaranteed to be fully refunded (100% point refund) back to your app wallet.
