How are points deducted?
Your points will only be deducted (2 points per deal) when a COD deal is agreed upon by both parties (locking the Midway Point). Registration and general chatting remain 100% Free.
What if the COD transaction is canceled?
Don't worry. If the meetup is canceled by either party or if the trading partner fails to show up, your points will be fully refunded (100% refund) to your account upon confirmation.
Do points expire?
No. Purchased points on Trustway stay active indefinitely. There is no expiration date, and they will remain in your wallet until you choose to spend them.
